Lianozovsky Park invitations everybody to attend free yoga lessons. This system for learners is led by teacher Maria Loginova.
Courses are held each Tuesday and Thursday from 15:00 to 16:00 on the dance ground. You have to have comfy garments, a sports activities mat and water with you.
